responsible for investigating arson and bombing incidents of a federal nature. ATF has 4 National
Response Teams (NRTs) that respond to major arson and bombing incidents within 24 hours. ATF also
signed a Memorandum of Agreement with USFA and others to produce a state-of-the-art CD/ROM/virtual
